Meet Nadia Morris
Most people start a care agency because they want to make a difference. The problem is that passion alone doesn't build a sustainable business.
Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked across the care sector in operational, commercial and technology roles, supporting care providers to improve quality, strengthen services and grow with confidence. Along the way, I’ve seen far too many brilliant people pour everything into opening an agency, only to find themselves trapped by low-margin contracts, constant financial pressure and a business that never quite worked as they hoped.
It wasn’t because they didn’t care enough. It was because nobody had shown them the commercial foundations they needed before they opened.
That's why I created the Care Agency Blueprint.
Rather than starting with registration forms or policies, it starts with the questions that matter most. What will it really cost to launch? What should you charge? How many care hours do you need before the business pays for itself? How do you build a private-pay agency that’s financially sustainable from the beginning?
Everything in this Blueprint has been designed to give you the clarity I wish more founders had before investing their time, money and energy.
My aim isn’t simply to help you open a care agency. It’s to help you build one that can provide exceptional care, reward great carers properly, support your own family, and still be thriving many years from now.
